Worship & Praise.

God who created everything on earth created man in His spiritual Image. That part of God  in us is our Spirit. We are made up of Body, Soul and Spirit. The body is the shell in which our Spirit Lives. The body dies, is buried and rots. Our Soul consists of our emotions, intellect and will. Our Spirit (the small still voice) is the part most people neglect. This is the part that returns to God when we die (Eccl 12:7). Its our spirit  that is sensitive to the Holy Spirit. God is a spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. In God's presence there is fullness of joy. And we come into His courts with praise and with thanksgiving. God inhabits the praise of His people.

We  must daily give  praise to God and thank him for His love, His care over us and for all He has done in our lives. We must worship him for who He is. Christians should not just worship God only on Sundays, we must worship Him every day with our Time, Talent and Treasury. Quiet time of prayers and devotion, time to work in His house (the Church). God has given  us talents which must be used to glorify His name not only  in the church but in the world . Worship God with your treasury (Money/Goods) for it is He who gives the power to acquire wealth. Worship him with your tithes, offering and giving.

Prayer:

God please give me a garment of praise so that I may praise and glorify your name always, in all the circumstances in my life. Let me worship you with all my spirit an in truth always. Enable me to worship you with my talents, treasury and  time. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
